Q: What if my slot machine cash out voucher expires while the casino is temporarily closed?

A: We are extending the expiration date for slot machine cash out vouchers by 30 days if the voucher expiration date occurs during Casino Arizona’s temporary closure. Please visit the Cage when the casino reopens.

Q: What will happen to my Player Rewards Club points and comps during this closure?

A: Your Player Rewards Club points and comp balances will not be affected by Casino Arizona’s temporary closure.

Q: What happens to my offers while you are closed?

A: We understand that during this temporary closure your offers might expire. Our COVID-19 Updates page will continue to be updated with any rescheduling of offers as details come available.

Q: Can I still receive my 2019 Win/Loss Statement?

A: Yes, Win/Loss Statements will still be provided once Casino Arizona reopens.

Q: What if I had a Birthday offer to redeem during the closure?

A: For birthdays in March and April, offers may be redeemed in June. For birthdays in May and June, offers may be redeemed in July. 

Q: Will your VIP events be rescheduled?

A: We are actively working to reschedule any previous planned VIP event. Invited guests will be contacted by our hosts once new dates have been determined. 

Q: Are your casino promotions & events going to be rescheduled?

A: Casino Arizona maintains a full schedule of exciting promotions and events, and we are actively working to reschedule those impacted by our temporary closure. Please continue to visit our COVID-19 Updates page for the latest updates on promotions.

Q: Are your entertainment acts going to be rescheduled?

A: The entertainment team at Casino Arizona are actively rescheduling our concerts. In some instances new dates have already been announced. Please check our COVID-19 Updates page for those dates and for future entertainment changes.

Please note, tickets held from previous dates will still be honored, or fans may obtain refunds at the point of purchase.

Q: Are you cleaning the casino?

A: Casino Arizona has enhanced our sanitizing policies and procedures. Prior to our temporary closure, we increased the frequency of cleaning throughout the property including an intensified focus on the cleaning of high-touch, high-traffic areas. We also increased the number of hand sanitizing stations throughout the property for guest and staff use, while also issuing guidance to staff to promote social distancing. Moreover, while the resort is temporarily closed, we continue to thoroughly clean the public and staff spaces.

Q: Are you cleaning your chips?

A: Casino Arizona maintains the highest standard of cleanliness.  In addition to the effort we take throughout the property, we also regularly clean the casino chips used at our tables games.

Q: What steps have you been taking to ensure a safe environment for guests to return to?

A: Casino Arizona has enhanced our sanitizing policies and procedures. Prior to our temporary closure, we increased the frequency of cleaning throughout the property including an intensified focus on the cleaning of high-touch, high-traffic areas. Further as we prepare to reopen, we are reviewing and planning for new safety protocols to ensure guests return to a healthy and safe environment.

Q: When are you reopening?
