SALT RIVER PIMA-MARICOPA INDIAN COMMUNITY, Ariz. (Jan. 23, 2013) There are few songs part of American pop culture that have enjoyed success decade after decade like the famed Journey song, “Don’t Stop Believin.” Released in 1981, the song became the all time top selling track on iTunes in 2009 and continues to be heard in piano bars from coast to coast. The song also is the inspiration for the name of Journey tribute band, DSB coming to Casino Arizona Feb. 22 and 23. DSB will perform songs some of Journey’s biggest hits, including “Open Arms,” “Lights,” “Any Way You Want It” and of course, “Don’t Stop Believin.”
The members of DSB have been performing together since 2009, touring across North America and Europe. What fans remember from classic Journey performances is what they will see and hear during the DSB shows in Casino Arizona’s Showroom. DSB is known for flawlessly recreating the signature sound of Journey’s famed singer, Steve Perry and the band’s memorable performances, which has garnered them the reputation as being the next best thing to the original.
