CELEBRATE EASTER WITH DINING SPECIALS

SALT RIVER PIMA-MARICOPA INDIAN COMMUNITY, Ariz. (March 11, 2021) – Celebrate Easter with Casino Arizona and Talking Stick Resort with dining options available for take-out at each property. On April 4, select restaurants will offer Easter specials ranging from traditional to exceptional cuisine to satisfy every member of the family.

The following is a list of each restaurant’s offerings:

Casino Arizona:

CAZ SPORTS BAR

The CAZ Sports Bar meal with kick off with a choice of soup or salad. A Baked Ham with Brown Sugar Mustard Glaze will be served with grilled jumbo asparagus and lemon parmesan roasted red potatoes. A warm Maple Pecan Sticky Bun will be served for dessert with vanilla ice cream, and bourbon caramel sauce, $15.95.

BINGO HALL

From 11 a.m. to 9 p.m. Casino Arizona’s Bingo Hall will offer Chicken Chow Mein with chow mein noodles, stir-fried vegetable, and chicken breast with dark sauce. The dish is served with spring rolls and a cherry fruit bar, $10.50.

SALT RIVER CAFE

Delicious Easter inspired specials will run all day from 10 a.m. to 9 p.m. at Salt River Café. Guests will enjoy a Honey-baked Ham dinner served with mashed potatoes, green beans and a side salad with a choice of dressing. Dessert will feature a Lemon Meringue Tart, $9.95.

 

Talking Stick Resort:

OCEAN TRAIL

From 11 a.m. to 9 p.m. guests will enjoy a three-course prix fixe menu, starting with Tomato Basil Goat Cheese Salad with thyme vinaigrette, followed by Lobster Risotto with shrimp, scallops, clams, crab meat, asparagus, and saffron risotto. Dinner will conclude with Coconut Custard Cake for dessert, $50.

BLUE COYOTE CAFÉ

Starting at 11 a.m. enjoy a savory three-course Easter meal at Blue Coyote Café for

$37.95. Start with a choice of soup or house salad. The main course is a Rack of Lamb

with buttered baby carrot medley, Yukon gold mashed potatoes with a red wine demi-glace. The meal concludes with a slice of Meyer Lemon Pie.
