SALT RIVER PIMA-MARICOPA INDIAN COMMUNITY, Ariz. (Dec. 9, 2019) – On Tuesday, Dec. 31st, 2019 celebrate this New Year’s with dining specials at Casino Arizona and Talking Stick Resort. Each property offers a selection to fit everyone’s appetite. The following are the dining specials offered at each property:
CAZ SPORTS BAR
From 11 a.m. to 9 p.m. the CAZ Sports Bar will offer a three-course meal starting out with a choice of Smoked Salmon Crostini
CAZ BINGO LOUNGE
Enjoy a delicious meal at Casino Arizona’s Bingo Lounge. For $10.50 CAZ’s Bingo Lounge will offer Garlic Roasted Prime Rib with au jus, steamed asparagus, cheesy au gratin potatoes and a Chocolate Caramel Tart for dessert.
From 4:30 p.m. to 10 p.m. the buffet will feature Smoked Prime Rib with rosemary au jus and applewood smoked ham, Hot Steamed Crab Legs, Baked Fresh Atlantic Salmon, Lobster Ravioli, Grilled Pork Loin Chops, Mango Tea Marinated Roast Chicken, Fresh Cauliflower and Broccoli, Chesapeake Bay Oysters, and much more. Special occasion desserts and a chocolate fountain will also be available. $38.95 adults, $19.95 children.
Celebrate this New Year’s with dining specials at The Willows Restaurant. For breakfast from 6 a.m. to 11 a.m., enjoy Strawberry Mascarpone Stuffed French Toast with two eggs any style and Hash browns, $8.95
Dinner specials at the restaurant will run from 11 a.m. to 9 p.m. and includes Grilled Filet Mignon with tobacco onions, port wine demi, garlic mashed potatoes and bourbon glazed carrots, $19.95. The soup of the day is Chicken Gumbo for $3.25. Dessert will be a Pear Almond Tart with orange scented crème anglaise, $4.

Salt River will offer a tasty Country Fried Steak Dinner with mashed potatoes, country gravy, sautéed corn and a dinner roll. With a Cranberry Lime Tart for dessert and a fountain beverage included, enjoy this New Year’s dinner for $9.95.
CHOLLA PRIME STEAKHOUSE & LOUNGE
In addition to its regular menu, Cholla Prime Steakhouse and Lounge will offer a prix fixe New Year’s Eve menu for $40 from 5 p.m. to 12 a.m. The menu will start with the choice of an appetizer of Bacon Wrapped Scallops with charred lemon and spicy aioli dipping sauce, or a Pear Brussel Sprout Salad with fresh pear slices, prosciutto, candied walnuts, dried cranberries and pear apple cider vinaigrette. The main course is Slow Roasted Prime Rib with garlic and herb crusted prime rib, rosemary infused au jus creamy prawn risotto, and grilled asparagus. Dessert will feature a Chocolate Caramel Truffle Tart. Each item on the prix fixe menu is also available al-a-cart.

BLUE COYOTE CAFÉ
Starting at 5 p.m. Blue Coyote Café will offer a prix fixe menu starting with a choice of soup or salad, followed by Steak and Lobster for an entrée with au gratin potato, broccolini and saffron hollandaise. To wrap up the celebratory meal, enjoy Pink Champagne Cake, $29.95.
BLUE COYOTE CANTINA
Starting at 4 p.m. Blue Coyote Cantina will serve Chile Rubbed Prime Rib with green chile mash, garlic green beans and spicy tomato reduction. The meal concludes with a delectable slice of Tres Leches, $23.95
THE ARENA POKER ROOM
A very special New Year’s Eve meal will be served in The ARENA Poker Room from 5 p.m. to 11 p.m. for $20. Guests can enjoy soup of the day, Lamb Chops with mustard greens, oyster and shiitake mushrooms, spinach and mint roasted garlic mashed potatoes. The three-course meal concludes with Ricotta Limoncello Cake.
From 11 a.m. to 1 a.m. guests will enjoy a three-course prix fixe menu, starting with Ham Hock and White Bean Soup, followed by Lobster and Seafood Stew with large shrimp, crab meat, clams and mussels. The meal concludes with Crème Brulee Cheesecake, $59.
From 5 p.m. to 11 p.m. guests will enjoy a four-course prix fixe menu for $139 which includes a champagne toast. Options for the first-course includes: Creamy Dungeness Crab Risotto, Warm Smoked Salmon and Avocado Phyllo, Black Truffle and Potato Mousse Cannoli, Apple and Leek Bisque. A choice of salad for the second-course includes: Pear and Persimmons, Brussel Sprout Salad, or Chilled Blue Prawn and Avocado. Entrée choices include; Wagyu Striploin and Braised Biscuit, Roasted Minnesota Veal Loin, True Boston Cod Loin, Hazelnut Crusted Elk Loin, and Maine Lobster Tortellini. To conclude the four-course meal, desserts will be a choice of Preserved Strawberry and Ginger Cake, Prosecco and Kaffir Lime Frozen Souffle, Meyer Lemon Meringue Tart, or Single Origin Chocolate Cheesecake.
WANDERING HORSE BUFFET – Two Day Celebration
Wandering Horse Buffet will host a two-day celebration for this upcoming New Year. Starting on Tuesday December 31st from 4:30 PM to 10 PM the buffet will offer a variety of cuisines to choose from. Their Chef’s Carving Station will include: Slow Roasted Prime Rib of Beef, Natural Jus and Horseradish Cream, Roasted Rack of Lamb, Mint Jelly, Herb Rubbed Tom Turkey, Cranberry Chutney. Their American station will include: Seared Monk Fish, Toasted Almond Pilaf, Baked Oysters, Red Wine Fig Glaze, and more. Other cuisines in the menu include Asian, Italian, and Mexican, the buffet will also offer desserts, soups, and a cold bar. Other items in the menu include: Fresh Brick Fired Pizza, Crab Stuffed Poblano Peppers, Domestic and Imported Cheeses, Assorted Chef’s Pastries, and Smoked Seafood Chowder. $69.95 / $25 (Adults / Children 5-12)
Wandering Horse will host a New Year’s Day buffet from 9 AM to 3 PM. The buffet will offer a selection of Chef’s Carvings, American, Asian, Italian, and Mexican cuisines, and a selection of soups and desserts. Items on the menu include: American Kobe Beef Kabobs, Smoked Pork Steamship, Baked Whole Grouper, Mediterranean Orzo Pilaf, Steamed Jonah Crab Claws, Halibut Cheeks and Scallops Pasta, Carne Asada Platter, Assorted Chef’s Pastries, and Carne En Su Jugo.
Champagne toasts are included with the buffet, parties of 6 or more will include a gratuity of 18%. Guests will be seated on a first come first serve basis and Chef’s selections are subject to change based on availability. $56.95 / $20.95 (Adults/ Children 5-12)
