SALT RIVER PIMA-MARICOPA INDIAN COMMUNITY, Ariz. (Sept. 7, 2017) Live music from some of Latin music’s hottest bands as well as delicious food and drinks will mark Casino Arizona’s inaugural Fiestas Patrias event on Saturday, Sept. 16. Radio personality, Manic The Hispanic from Mega 104.3 FM will serve as emcee for the night’s festivities that will include performances by such classic bands as Little Joe y La Familia, Los Texmaniacs featuring Flaco Jimenez and Augie Meyers and Ruben Ramos & the Mexican Revolution.
The celebration will begin at 4 p.m. through midnight and will kick off with local band, Reality Band. In addition to the exciting entertainment, featured food and drink specials will include chicken and beef street tacos ($2 each), tamales ($2 for two), street corn ($2) and churro ($2). Drink specials will include mixed drinks, domestic and imported beers and shots all priced at ($6).
Beyond the outdoor festivities, Casino Arizona will also host two viewing parties, one in its Showroom and one in the Arizona Room Patio Grill. Each will show the much-anticipated Canelo vs. Golovkin fight, the Middleweight World Championship. Tickets for both events are $30 and doors for each open at 5 p.m.
Tickets for Casino Arizona’s Fiestas Patrias event are $30 for general admission and $75 for VIP non-reserved seating admission. It includes VIP parking and a meet and greet with Little Joe prior to his performance as well as access to a private VIP bar area. The show is a non-seated, standing room only show and guests must be 21 year and older to attend.
